SMALT Cold Smoked X Rooftop Honey

Smoke and honey have been linked together for years, but not like this. Our friends over at SMALT have used our honey and cold smoked it for 8 hours using local apple wood.

Each batch will vary in flavour and color, just as in nature. Using honey from different suburbs every time we cold smoke a new batch.
